At OXVA STORE, we stand by the quality of our vaping hardware and offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened electronics to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that for hygiene reasons, e-liquids, coils, and pods are non-returnable once the seal is broken.

Return Process

    Initiate a Request

    Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the electronic device.

    Receive Return Authorization

    Once your request is approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the secure shipping address for our processing center.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely package the item in its original box with all accessories included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping it back to us.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    After our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
